Channel Subscriptions

Year: 2015
Background: In 2015 Amazon launched 3rd-party video subscriptions to customers. It allowed Prime members to add channels like HBO to have a greater selection of titles. To accommodate the 30+ launch channels, we had to map-out and design a more flexible service-wide framework that would scale across all existing Amazon Video products, platforms and client apps.

My Role: As UX Specialist on the cross-platform team it was my responsibility to develop the channel CX used to promote channels for the end-to-end customer journey from awareness to acquisition.
